The East Coast of Sardinia: the canoeist’s ideal habitat! Places visited all year round by those who love nature and its marvels, rather than creature comforts. The coastline lends itself to all open-air sporting and “wellness” activities. Among these, sea canoeing is the most sought-after. The canoeist’s privileged position and the absolute silence, interrupted only by the noise of the paddle strokes, help you to admire what the coastline offers. Rare landscapes, unpolluted marine environments, one marvel after another immersed in the crystalline waters whose colours range from emerald green to cobalt blue, with alongside the deep green of the Mediterranean shrubs (“macchia”) that grow right up to the water’s edge. Beaches and bays in all their beauty alternate with little caves, impressive rocks and granite shapes eroded over time by wind and sea. You paddle kilometre after kilometre, forgetting the time that passes, accompanied by a continuous show of colours and smells and, when you look up to the majestic high limestone cliffs falling vertically down to the sea, you can’t help noticing the calm and undisturbed flight of the griffon vulture.

The Associazione Cardedu Kayak invites lovers of the sea, clubs, associations, enthusiasts and non, to come and share with us the emotions that our land and stupendous sea can offer us. We propose 9 different excursions, for beginners through to experts, covering most of the coastline and that allow you to enjoy natural scenes, smells and sensations only accessible by canoe...

Each route is described in detail with distances, times and level of difficulty. The trips are of various durations, from a half-day to a full day and even more than one day. Special and even more evocative are the night-time outings, camping by the water and fishing from the canoe.
Associazione Cardedu Kayak’s F.I.C.K. instructor provides all the help and advice to guarantee you get the most out of the trip, in complete safety. The equipment supplied includes: canoe – paddle – spray deck – life jacket - splash cagoule – dry bag – tent for camping – route card.
